SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from day of purchace. Arrival time will be within 3-5 business days. We offer a Flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 which will be applied at the time of checkout. Shipping is non-refundable.
EASY RETURNS
All refunds will be given in the form of store credit. All items must be returned within 7 days of arrival date. All items must be returned in original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed & smoke free.
Please follow all washing & care instructions on labels, Josie's is not responsible for damaged clothing caused by washing. Any returns received non compliant to these requirements will be rejected. Shipping is non-refundable.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a tracking number for all orders. When shipping a return, be sure to get a tracking number for your package.
